Fabio is a Brazilian contemporary collage artist based in Sydney-Australia.

His unique style is always collage (digital-analogic), made out of his collection of selected photographs, drawings, religious icons & comic books.

Fabio practices what in Buddhism is called “Dharma Art”. Every element you see in his work has an intention which came from deep contemplation.

He sees himself as an explorer that dives into the shadows, the lights, the ugly and the beautiful parts of the soul.

The collage art workshop was even better than I expected. It was an invitation to an inner journey and then, Fábio guided us to express it through art. The venue was impeccable and beautiful. And Fabio was so thoughtful and such a great guide! I would not only recommend it but do it again and again!

The three hours flew by way too fast. It was an amazing & inspiring afternoon and Fabio was very generous with his knowledge & materials. As soon as you walk into his beautiful studio, you will start to relax. The ambiance was just right to get my creative juices flowing and I’m so happy with my finished artwork. I highly recommend this workshop.

I recently had the privilege of attending a Collage Art Workshop that left an indelible mark on my creative soul. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of inspirational, fostering a profound emotional connection that transcended the boundaries of conventional artistic expression. The workshop was led by Fabio, a talented and passionate person who provided a unique platform for self-discovery through the medium of collage. What struck me immediately was the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that permeated the space. People from all skill levels and backgrounds joined in, bringing this mix of perspectives and ideas. Our group enjoyed easy-flowing conversations that made it a safe space where everyone could be open and real. Seeing how making collages turned into a way to reflect on myself, heal a bit, and connect with others was pretty mind-blowing.

Great session, was very grounding and also very useful to have the option to purchase tools needed. Next time would bring lunch along as the session is long - but a good use of time!

I appreciate your suggestion about bringing lunch along, as the session can indeed be quite long.
We had juice and some snacks on the day (fruits, nuts and crackers) but maybe something with more substance would be ideal. I'm glad you found it to be a good use of your time overall. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I hope to see your team again soon!

Fabio welcomed us into his beautiful studio for a great afternoon of creativity - and delicious snacks - in a comfortable and relaxed environment. His instructions were clear and he also shared lots of useful tips learnt over years of practicing his art. It was a wonderful experience that I'd recommend to anyone, as a solo, couple or small group experience.

If you are looking for a workshop to let your creativity flow this is the one. Fabio shared his amazing life experience that led him to do his beautiful work and passed it on to us some of his knowledge on how to apply pic collage work. He inspired us and allowed us to create our first master piece. I def recommend it !

This was a fantastic, hands-on class. All of the materials were provided and I was surprised how quickly we could all get started and actually produce a final artwork to be proud of. I think everyone who took the workshop came away with something great. It was a great way for me to explore my creativity and break out of my rigid thinking.
