What you'll do
Learn how to create these pretty designs in our 2-hour intermediate royal icing class.
Julia, Miss Biscuit founder, will take you step by step through these designs. You will learn the consistencies required and piping techniques to create the designs pictured. It is recommended that you have worked with royal icing previously if you register for this class. You will take home a box of 2 completed designs.

Miss Biscuit started as a home based cookie decorating business. Although we loved selling and decorating, we soon found that people actually wanted to learn how to make their own decorated biscuits rather than buying ours.
Over time Miss Biscuit grew to become more than classes and an online shop, it evolved into a proud and passionate community, committed to offering the highest quality of classes and the most diverse range of decorating supplies.
