What you'll do
Join us for a unique jewellery making class in Brisbane facilitated by artist, designer, and studio founder Lyne Tilt. In this intimate workshop, limited to only 6 participants per class, you will learn how to elevate your skills using polymer clay and digital art. You’ll delve into design, construction, and sanding techniques, as well as the exciting process of using Lyne Tilt digi-paper transfers to enhance your creations.
- Discover design and construction techniques with a focus on form, shape, and comfort
- Dive into sanding techniques for a professional finish
- Gain insights into basic digital art principles
- Explore the art of digi-paper transfers and how to incorporate them into your designs using stencils and pan pastels
- Learn the essential sealing and finishing techniques to complete your masterpiece
Throughout the class, we'll work with Kato clay provided by the studio, known for its durability and strength. Please note that Kato clay has a strong odor during baking. Additionally, digi papers for transfers will be supplied, adding a unique digital aspect to your creations.
Immerse yourself in a creative and educational experience that will leave you feeling inspired and ready to unleash your inner designer. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have crafted a one-of-a-kind adornment to take home, showcasing your newfound skills and creativity.

Studio on Brunswick is an innovative and fabulous space nestled in the laneway precinct of Fortitude Valley, Brisbane upstairs in the heritage listed Carroll's Corner Building. Founded and directed by professional Australian artist and expert teacher Lyne Tilt, Studio on Brunswick was created as a space to play, connect, learn and create. With over 15 years experience teaching professionally, leading pastoral care and training teachers to across several schools and universities throughout South East Queensland and over 30 years experience as an artist and art teacher, Lyne is an unapologetically passionate educator and advocate of The Arts. She shares her love and passion with a select team of similarly passionate artists and experts who run workshops, collaborate and exhibit together. Studio on Brunswick offers the public and artists fantastic workshops ranging from creative indulgences through to artist development programs and mentorship. As if that weren't enough, we also offer corporate packages, take social event bookings and have created an innovative and unique range of items including some amazing jewellery from our studio waste. We call this range ZerOw and 10% of the purchase price is donated to Australian organisations actively working to rid our earth and oceans of pollution...it's just one our small steps and efforts to be a minimal waste studio and make a difference.
