In this spoon carving course, you'll learn how to carve a wooden spoon from locally sourced green timber.
You'll be taught how to correctly use green woodworking tools, including a froe and maul to split the initial logs into more manageable pieces, a hatchet and hatchet block to do the rough shaping of your spoon, a hook knife to carve the bowl of the spoon and a sloyd knife for the fine shaping.
