What you'll do
Looking for relaxing Adelaide activities? Try out Tai Chi and Qigong - a low impact therapeutic exercise that promotes the flow of Qi and blood through the body.
Giuseppe is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and utilises this philosophy in his teaching.
Set in the tranquil space of Tara Hall in Buddha House, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each session.

What you'll get
One hour session of Tai Chi and Qigong that strengthens organs, oxygenates blood and promotes general wellbeing.
What to bring
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a towel and a drink bottle.
Suitable for
Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.

Excellent teacher. He worked through each of the steps clearly and provided simple exercises to help us practice at home. Would recommend to anyone interested in learning about Tai Chi.
