Anna Eden, founder, owner and chief flavour designer of The Classic Cupcake Co. is no stranger to the baking scene. Her treats have been served to the likes of the Royal Family and multiple A-List celebrities, so you know they’re bound to impress.
Her secret? Combining the finest ingredients like locally-sourced free-range eggs and the most exquisite Callebaut chocolate, with her grandmother’s go-to cake recipe. The same recipe that she founded The Classic Cupcake Co. with back in 2012.
Don’t worry, her secrets aren’t hers to keep. In fact, she founded a Baking Academy just minutes from her bakery in Mosman dedicated to teaching how you too can make drool-worthy sweets.
Whether you’re a total newbie mesmerised by the delicate art of cake decorating or an avid baker keen to fine-tune your skills, Anna and her team are eager to show you exactly why they love baking so much.
