Living in Sydney, Venus is also a dedicated meditator and has been practicing journaling for more than a decade, has conducted numerous workshops on mindfulness for art lovers, corporates, and kids.

She founded VenusArtBench to spread her love for creativity and mindfulness and offer unique workshops that create connection to self and others through gratitude, confidence and productivity.
