Give yourself the afternoon to slow down, unwind and reconnect with yourself and this half-day wellness workshop.

Nourish your soul with movement, meditation, inner health and creativity. Allow us to hold space for you to become present in the moment and check-in with what is most important to you.

Setting the space, Sarah will lead you through a gentle afternoon flow of movement and meditation to relax the mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities.

Mel will broaden your knowledge and understanding of how simple it is to nourish your body with whole foods and the power they have to assist your natural healing abilities.

Tap into your creativity as Cathy guides you through the process of designing your very own mandala. You will meet a place where the ease and lightness from the afternoon will allow a natural flow onto the paper no matter what artistic ability you have.

There will be a complimentary light nutritious whole food plant-based lunch available.
The retreat will be held in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Cathy's studio and home.

Cathy is a full time artist with a focus on the mandala. The complexity of design and exquisite execution are evidence of Cathy’s devotion to her work, with any one piece taking up to 250 hours. Her intricate and finely detailed works demonstrate a radial balance, drawing our gaze from the centre point. The circle, considered the perfect shape in Ancient Greek culture, has been associated with both divine and natural symmetry. It represents balance and can often symbolise harmony and unity. Cathy’s works evoke harmonious balance and the peace felt creating the works is transferred to the viewer. They invite quiet contemplation and introspection. Over the last 5 years Cathy has incorporated teaching into her business. With the focus on wellbeing and mental health her class’s offer tools for both mindfulness and relaxation. Her workshops are suitable for all levels as Cathy teaches all participants individually and guides each person through their own journey of creation. She currently holds monthly group workshops for adults and students but also takes private booking via zoom and at her studio in Bridgewater located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
