  • 5/5 from James Mann, attended Sep 2026: Practical and real learning! I thought I knew how to get coffee extraction and milk texture but i was wrong! Adrian was very helpful
  • 4/5 from Sarah Kakakios, attended Aug 2026: Steaming, ratios, artwork, and cleaning. The teacher made the best coffee I’ve ever had.
  • 5/5 from Peter Kriesler, attended Jul 2026: Kasey is an excellent teacher with serious knowledge of coffee making. He is very patient and answered all our queries. He went through the basics of home coffee making, teaching us so much. Even though I have been brewing coffee at home for decades, I felt I learnt so much about the nautre of coffee beans, how to optimise grinding, foaming milk and cleaning the machine. "The proof of the pudding is in the eating", and this morning, as a result of the course, I made my best coffee. WIll certainly recommend ocourse and teacher.
  • 5/5 from David Gardiner, attended Jun 2026: A great session, informative on all aspects, beans, bring, grind amount, water, milk. Highly recommend to others!
  • 5/5 from Dominika Leciejewska, attended Jun 2026: Fantastic workshop! The facilitator was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. He made the session engaging, easy to follow, and full of practical tips. We learned a lot and had a great time. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to improve their coffee-making skills!
  • 5/5 from Sarah Burns, attended Apr 2026: Such a fantastic class with Roy. So knowledgeable, answered all our questions and super friendly.
  • 5/5 from Michael Schischka, attended Apr 2026: A great evening Time well spent I looked at my coffee machine in a whole new light the next morning You don't know what you don't know
  • 5/5 from Hannah Hockley, attended Feb 2026: Great class! Instructor was super informative, passionate and engaging. Learned some great tips, and there was solid information backing the tips too. Can’t wait to experiment more with coffee and our machine now
  • 5/5 from James McCoy, attended Dec 2025: Very informative and fun
  • 5/5 from David Ling, attended Oct 2025: Very thorough explanation of how to use the home coffee machine (same as the one I have). I can now see what's needed to improve the coffee I make and I'm looking forward to putting my new knowledge into action.
  • 1/5 from David Martin, attended Jul 2025: When a person leaves a message trying to reschedule a week before a class please take the time to respond.
  • 5/5 from Sean McKenna, attended Jun 2025: The teacher was brilliant and friendly. Made the class really enjoyable. Made me fall more in love with coffee. The whole experience from start to finish was fun.
  • 5/5 from Tim Cathers, attended Mar 2025: Great course. Heaps of practical take homes around dialling in the shot, steaming milk and maintenance. Highly recommend!
  • 2/5 from Gemma Williams, attended Mar 2025: Very theory based. Would have liked more hands on opportunities, rather than bring talked at for 1.5 hours of the 2 hours. Didn’t really explore the home machines, rather it felt like applying commercial techniques and making do with what the home machine can achieve.
  • 5/5 from Dennis Moens, attended Feb 2025: Excellent. Very engaging.
  • 4/5 from Elizabeth Go, attended Feb 2025: Great session. Very engaging
  • 4/5 from Aine Kearney, attended Jan 2025: Very informative, the teacher was very nice and explained everything very well. Would have liked more practice with the milk frothing and would have loved a hand out at the end with some things to remember but overall very good and enjoyable.
  • 4/5 from Lee Rydstrand, attended Dec 2024: Andy did a great job of covering the basics of how to operate a machine to get a great coffee. Fortunately for me I be was able to practice on precisely the same model Breville machine that use at home so Andy was able to give more technical details for grind and extraction that suited me just fine. He finished off the session with a bravura coffee artwork - the “Unicorn” that wowed us all.
  • 5/5 from Daniel Brito, attended Sep 2024: Class was fantastic, it ended up being just the three of us so we were able to ask questions, all got turns at tasting the coffee and frothing milk, and were given a little gift of some fresh beans to take home!
  • 5/5 from Andrew Pinson, attended Aug 2024: The class was very informative and well planned out. The teacher was great, friendly and so knowledgeable.
  • 5/5 from Mitchell Attwood, attended Aug 2024: Great teacher. Great value for money! I would recommend this course to others. Thank you.
