  • 5/5 from Kisha Graza, attended Jun 2024: we had an amazing class with roy last week. my partner and i own a breville barista express at home and have been wanting to do a class for a long time to clarify a lot of the techniques and knowledge around coffee making. roy broke it down really well in simple terms, and provided a well guided practical session for our group on pulling the perfect shot. i recommend this class highly to anyone that is looking to notch up their skills in coffee making at any level, and with any machine. thanks roy!
  • 5/5 from Olivier So, attended Apr 2024: Good teaching, informative and very clear and easy to understand. It was a fun and great experience
  • 5/5 from Thanh Vi Le, attended Mar 2024: I highly recommend this class to someone with serious intentions or great curiosity about the coffee industry because it’s very informative and I found that’s a little bit challenging to process everything within 3 hours. However, the teacher was knowledgeable, generous, and honest in sharing essential techniques plus skills to achieve an optimal yield of espresso including froth milk. I appreciated the brief introduction and guidance for home coffee machine usage even when the actual class had finished.
  • 5/5 from Greg Doutty, attended Feb 2024: Excellent course and fantastic value as I didn’t realise how much coffee I was wasting making sour coffees; it was my lack of knowledge on how to make a good coffee. Not the “beans” but “operator error”. Tutor extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

  • 5/5 from Ben Taylor, attended Feb 2023: This is an excellent class for learning how to refine and pull a great coffee. The class is ran by Roy who is knowledgeable, approachable and makes coffee simple. Roy explains how to correct errors when pulling a shot, as well as explains why you get certain tastes with the coffee and how to fix them. You get about thirty minutes on the machines. I thought there would be more time, but I was not disappointed at all as I learnt a lot more through Roy's demonstrations and explanations. Highly recommended.
  • 5/5 from Kotone Kihara, attended Jan 2023: It was really beneficial class. I could learn how to make espresso, to steam milk with using machine. My class was four people so had enough time to use machine practically. Moreover I could learn how to draw late art, and make about four coffee by myself. I would like to introduce this class to who want to learn comprehensive basic skill and way to make coffee. At the end, Thank you for the useful and enjoyable class
