From this place of gentle movement, you will be guided into a restorative Yoga Nidra, allowing your system to settle into deep rest and stillness.
Midway, you will enjoy a lovingly prepared sattvic lunch, created with care to nourish and support you from within.
You will then experience an immersive sound healing journey, something many participants deeply resonate with, supporting you in going deeper within and absorbing the stillness created through the practice.
The retreat will close with a gentle circle for reflection and connection, where you will have the opportunity to pause, share, and simply be held in a warm, supportive space.

My journey into yoga began through lived experience and deep personal healing.
A pivotal moment in my life was during my pregnancy, when I experienced severe preeclampsia and had to deliver my son prematurely at 34 weeks. In that vulnerable time, I was introduced to yoga therapy under the guidance of Shri Raghavendra Shenoy, a direct disciple of Sri B.K.S. Iyengar. Through consistent practice, I experienced profound healing, my condition stabilised, and I was able to reduce medication within 15 days under medical supervision.
This experience became a turning point in how I understand the body, healing, and resilience.
Over time, yoga continued to support me through asthma and anxiety, becoming a steady anchor in my life. What began as personal healing slowly became a path of teaching.
Today, my teaching is rooted in Svadhyaya: self-study and inner awareness. I approach yoga as a practice of returning to the body, observing the mind, and meeting oneself with gentleness and honesty.
For me, yoga is not performance. It is inquiry. It is healing. It is a continuous return to oneself. My work focuses on therapeutic yoga and self-inquiry-based practice rooted in lived experience
