3 hours Class size 6 to 30     label $99 ($45 per class surcharge applies for private classes)

In this 3 hours class, you will learn how to decorate this beautiful set of boho Halloween cookies using various of techniques, from 3D piping, texturing, shading and lettering. I will guide you through each step so you can enjoy "painting" your own art pieces with confidence. If you are enjoying this new skill, all techniques and tips you take away from this class will come in handy in your future royal icing creations.

All tools and materials will be provided. At the end of the class, you will have a clear window cookie box to take home your decorated cookies and a copy of my vanilla cookie and royal icing recipes.

Hot foods, snacks will be provided, as well as a glass of wine or a non-acholic drink of your choice.

I'm a self-taught baker who dove into the world of custom cakes back in 2014. About three years ago, I decided to give royal icing a whirl, and let me tell you, it was like love at first spread! Ever since that sweet discovery, there's been no turning back.

A major highlight in my cookie journey was when I decided to throw my hat into the ring for the cookie competition at the International Cake Show Australia in May 2021. Guess what? Both of my entries snagged the first-place spot! Getting that professional recognition was a big deal for me, and it fuelled my passion for cookies even more. Here's to many more sweet victories ahead!

Over the last 4 years, I've been diving into the world of cookie decorating, leading both public and private classes. Being a self-taught cookier, I've had my fair share of mishaps, and let me tell you, I've learned a ton from each one. Now, as a teacher, I get the learning curve – the questions, the confusion, and the "oops" moments. But guess what? I've got the answers and tricks up my sleeve to help my students breeze through those techniques, have a blast with royal icing, and master the art in no time.
