Exclusive to Sydney, Aqua Sculpt involves a full body mat pilates workout on the water on top of a board exercise platform. The water adds an extra element to the workout, transforming and sculpting your body. Our full-body workout engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously to enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength.
The classes take place in swimming pools on top of our aqua board exercise platform which will be provided for you. Everyone is welcome! From beginners to Pilates lovers, you don't need to have Pilates or board experience. Our friendly instructors will guide you through the exercises.
