What you'll do
Welcome to the mindful mud workshop, where you'll learn how to make unique ceramic pieces and enjoy a tasting of cacao!
In this workshop, discover the therapeutic wonders of hand-building with clay as you shape and mould your imagination into tangible works of art. Shiloh from Happy Hub Collective will guide you through the basics, allowing you to explore the tactile beauty of clay and unlock your hidden artistic potential.
But this workshop is more than just pottery—it's an invitation to embrace mindfulness and self-care. Through mindfulness and mediation techniques, you will learn to cultivate a deep connection with the present moment, slowing down the mind and allowing your creativity to flourish.
Indulge in the exquisite flavours of carefully selected cacao, as we believe that nourishing the body is as important as nurturing the soul. Savour the rich aromas and tastes of this delectable beverage, as well as tucking into a selection of light, nourishing, plant-based refreshments to keep you energised throughout the session.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have prior experience in pottery, you will also receive personalised attention and guidance from Shiloh, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.
Unleash your imagination and leave with not just beautiful pottery, but also a toolbox of mindfulness techniques to carry with you on your journey of self-expression and personal growth.
Please note:
- Following this workshop, we will bisque and glaze fire your creation/s for you.
- Please allow a six to eight-week turnaround for your pottery piece/s to be glazed and fired. Once ready, we will organise a collection time.

What to bring
We recommend clipping your nails beforehand. Long nails can sometimes get in the way of good clay play. For those wishing to keep your nails long, we can share a few tips and tricks to avoid marking your pottery - so don't stress!
