Pots & Bobs is located in Mount Colah and is a small home-based studio with work areas both outdoor and indoor.
I have been teaching ceramics on the Central Coast for several years and recently decided to open up my space in Mount Colah to give our local community an opportunity to explore their creativity in an informal and relaxed setting.

There are several guided workshops and short classes available on most days. You are also welcome to come with your own project and together we will work to achieve the best possible creative outcome.

What a wonderful way to spend the morning, listening to some jazz music with a tea and being able to work on a piece with full creative control and some guidance when needed. Would absolutely recommend! It was such a joy. Thank you

My daughter & I enjoyed our class out on the deck surrounded by beautiful gardens. The teacher was lovely and gave good instructions and suggestions for our vases we chose to create.

This ended up being a personal class for our family of three which was perfect as we had some different ideas and could each have some assistance from the instructor. My husband and I hadn't touched clay since school and this was a first time experience for our son. However I think we all created some great items.
Everything we needed was provided. We bought with us some water to drink and apron.
The instructor was lovely. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
We loved the experience. Thank you.

Jel is lovely and my daughter couldn't stop saying how nice she was when we left. The location is tranquil and equipment and teaching excellent. We will definitely do it again.

This was such a great class- I had a lot of fun learning wheel forming techniques and making my own cups and bowls. The teacher is very friendly and knowledgeable and has the perfect balance between guiding and giving help vs letting you practice and try what works for you.
I left feeling so relaxed and ready for the rest of the week. I highly recommend this class - just let me book in for another lot of workshops first before they sell out!

Jel was amazing, our first experience with using clay and a wheel and she made us feel comfortable and confident. We spent so much time exploring the clay and it was great to get support where we needed it. Would definitely book again and has sparked the creativeness inside of us.
