Searching for mindful activities for family in Sydney? Introduce kids and parents to the practice of Reiki in this information class!
During this class, kids and parents will be introduced to:
- Chakra's energy and connection with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies
- How to meditate at home to connect to the chakras and with the Higher Self
- How to express yourself through the chakras
- Understand yourself as a human being
- Multidimensional energy
- One symbol of reiki
- Mantras of each chakra
Knowledge required
No skills and knowledge are required.
What you'll get
Kids and parents will have different channels to express themselves. They will receive an ebook and a chart of chakras. The teacher will provide everything they need!
What to bring
Some snacks and water. Come in comfortable clothes.
