I learnt the art of Lebanese cooking from my mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I love to teach, cook and eat Lebanese food. I have published two cookbooks titled Tayta’s Lebanese Kitchen and Tayta’s Lebanese and Mediterranean Kitchen. I was also a contestant on the Great Australian Bake Off Season Four. I would love everyone to come and learn to cook and enjoy the flavour of Lebanon!
