What you'll do
Experience the beauty of the clean, bright colours of the REEVES watercolour - ranging from rich fully saturated colour to the delicate beauty of a gentle wash.
Learn how to create a dynamic range of colours from a carefully selected limited palette of 5 colours to capture the gentle glory of the sea turtle gliding through the waters. Use the colours: Lemon Yellow Hue, Alizarin Crimson Hue, Ultramarine, Turquoise, and Indian Red by themselves and to mix a beautiful range of oranges, dusky purples, and greens. Paired with the technique of masking, the turtle is painted in mostly a fun, loose wet in wet application water colour technique.
Create with confidence, as you are guided step by step by the teacher to create something you can take home and be proud of.
