If you're a teacher looking to run online classes, look no further - ClassBento's got you covered!
We're a rapidly growing Australian platform that serves hundreds of the best art, craft and cooking teachers across the nation.
Our software allows you to easily list any type of class, whether it's held in-person or online (e.g. via Zoom or Facebook Live, or even pre-recorded videos). If you're running an online class, you can even ship a parcel of materials straight to your customer, so they have everything they need to follow along and make with you. Perfect for those lonely days in isolation!
Our team are experienced eCommerce leaders, with prior executive roles at leading online businesses like THE ICONIC, Domain, Groupon and Booking.com. We know technology, marketing, and logistics very well, and we've designed and automated all those admin processes that you hate doing, so you can focus more on what you love. Our platform is constantly improving and we roll out new features regularly in response to customer and teacher feedback. With our large audience and broad marketing reach, you'll get extra orders and revenue, from people who can't wait to learn from you.
We'll take care of everything tech-related, from helping you to manage your listings and bookings easily, to automatic student notifications and reminders about their classes, review requests, and much, much more. If you want to ship craft kits, you can use your own shipping provider, or let us take care of it - we'll automatically generate shipping labels for you, send tracking notifications to your customers, and more.
We don't charge fixed fees, and instead we only earn when you earn - so incentives are totally aligned with yours. We know what it's like to be an artist and small business owner, and we want to empower you to not only boost your income, but also to eliminate admin work and to connect you to more curious students in our communities.
We believe strongly that creative workshops are a great way to keep art alive and relevant in society, and to keep us mentally and socially engaged. To further that end, we donate to Dementia Australia with every paid booking.
Whether you're just starting out, or an established teacher or business, we've got the features and expertise to make your workshops shine. You can DIY and list everything yourself (it only takes a few minutes), or if you prefer, get in touch and we can set up listings for you. If you have lots of listings already on your own website, we can usually just pull over the data and sync it automatically on a regular basis; or we can provide you with our booking widget that can allow you to capture bookings and gift card orders more easily on your website. Learn more about our booking widget here.
