Mumma, are you struggling to find your calm within the chaos of Motherhood? If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed and desperate for some "me time", we have just the thing for you!
How does escaping for a few hours for a guided coastal hike with like-minded Mums and then indulging in a delicious picnic lunch by the water sound to you? Soulful Hikes has joined forces with Beth Lewis, a Holistic Coach (and creator of MYnd Gym for Mums), who specialises in empowering Mums to thrive, not just survive in life and motherhood.
We have created this special event just for mums in need of some time out and connection with other Mums – who get you. Beth will provide some powerful and proven tools and strategies on the day also, that will support you to re-connect to yourself and to remember that you are more than a Mum.
We are all about balance here at Soulful Hikes, which means we like to get out and explore, but we also like to have some good food and endless chats afterwards! You’ll get to experience something magical where do a beautiful three-hour coastal hike from Manly to Curl Curl followed by a luxurious pop-up picnic after! We walk at a relaxed pace with lots of stops to take photos, rest and chat!
It will be a Mums day out that includes beautiful hikes in nature, forging new friendships, dining in nature and dreaming. Minus the everyday duties of home and kids. A few moments to yourself. Time to nourish your soul. During those early years with your kids, you can feel quite isolated. Just getting out of the house can be hard enough; the thought of being sociable and making new friends can seem impossible. Don’t worry, the great thing about meeting other new mums is that they know just how you feel. And that’s why we have created this beautiful experience for you! You deserve it, Mama!
Class schedule:
- Start location: Circular Quay, Wharf 3 at 9.30 am or you can meet us directly outside Manly Wharf Bar at 10.20 am
- Ferry to Manly Wharf - 9.50 am - 10.20 am
- Hike - 10.30 am - 1.30 pm
- Pop-up picnic experience at Manly Point Park - 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm
- Ferry to Circular Quay - 4 pm - 4.30 pm
Please note: There are toilets at Manly Wharf and along the way.
Knowledge required
This 7-8km hike is graded as easy. No bushwalking or hiking experience required. Due to distance, we recommend a basic level of fitness.We also adjust the pace of our hikes depending on group fitness levels and we also take regular breaks to allow rest time and time to click your photos and selfies!
