We invite you to a luxurious high tea with Sydney’s most iconic view! A few hours of laughs and endless chats over a luxurious high tea on Level 36 at the elegant Shangri-La hotel!
This decadently delicious high tea in Sydney offers spectacular harbour views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and The Opera House. Taste show-stopping desserts and savoury morsels as you watch Sydney harbour glimmer and shimmer!
The food is served across three tempting tiers and is prepared by Shangri-La Sydney Head Pastry Chef, Kumiko Endo, who has decadaes of experience with the fine art of Japanese cooking techniques and styles.
Some of the treats we will savour are cashew mousse, pumpkin tart, schiacciata, fable mushroom open taco, chestnut chocolate mousse, apple tart, sticky date and pear brownie and muscat grape cake! This can make any high tea lover rejoice!
