What you'll do

Do you want to learn how to paint but lead a busy life? This acrylic paint workshop in Perth will teach you all the basics needed to get started on your painting journey!

Learn the basics like colour mixing, how to organise your palette and most importantly learn how to bring all of these elements together to create beautiful compositions.

You will gain an understanding of what makes acrylic paints special with artist Gabriela, who will take you through this seven-hour class step-by-step. During the class, you will be guided through a number of exercises, both as a group and individually, as you learn about and explore the joy and versatility of this medium.

So take your mind off worries and paint in a relaxed and creative environment at our studio in Coolbellup. Plus, finish the class with a beautiful seascape painting of your own!

Colouryour.life was founded in 2015 by Gabriela Himstedt. Gabriela has a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years’ experience as a professional artist and has been teaching since 2011.

Gabriela was born in Germany but spent a lot of her childhood in Italy where colour and beautiful surroundings were an inspiration in her art. She has a degree in painting, drawing and sculpture which was obtained in Germany.

Gabriela has a passion for art and founded colouryour.life so she can share her vast knowledge with others in a fun and relaxed environment and guide their artistic skills to create a masterpiece.
