Lots of hands on experience and lots of tips and tricks that you can’t get from watching a YouTube tutorial alone. Hankerie is a master of snowskin mooncake! I was able to replicate every step the next day with my daughters (aged 8 and 5) using our own hello kitty molds. The recipe is also absolutely delicious.
