In this class, you will be guided through the step by step process of creating your very own ultimate biscuit by a baking expert. You will begin by learning about the various flours and how they interact with other ingredients to create different textured biscuits.

You will learn about the various techniques and methods to be able to create a range of biscuits, from shortbreads to fancy petit fours wedged with ganache and dipped in chocolate! You'll be a masterful baker by the end of this class, keen to try out your new skills for your loved ones too!
