In this online class, you will prepare the colours as well as the steps to steam the layerings of colours. You'll get to use chestnut flour and all-natural food powders like matcha, turmeric, sweet potato, blue flowers, beetroot, and more to create the 'colours' in your dessert.

  • A can of coconut milk
  • Preferred sugar (either raw, cane, monk fruit, or stevia)
  • Steamer with lid
  • Pyrex glass rectangular/circular container
  • Two mixing bowls and five glasses.
