Looking for fun things to do at home? Join Bliss Pure Foods for their unique tempeh fermentation cooking class and learn how to make your own homemade tempeh in a few simple steps!

Tempeh is a frugal traditional Indonesian/Malaysian soy product that is made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form.

During this one-hour online class, you will learn everything you need to know about tempeh, the healthy and delicious fermented bean cake that can be cooked, roasted, baked, or raw.

Save an extra couple of dollars and learn how to make your own tempeh from scratch. You'll get hands-on with ingredients like organic soybeans, chickpeas, green peas, edamame, black beans, or a mix of everything, along with infusions of superfoods like flax seeds, wakame, herbs, and flowers to make your delicious tempeh.

You'll finish this workshop feeling confident and excited to get into your own kitchen and recreate this easy recipe for your next dinner party!
