Cornersmith is a family run business with two stores in Sydney’s Inner West. You can come to us for breakfast, lunch, or come to our cooking school to learn a new skill. We also have two cookbooks full of recipes from our café and Picklery. We believe in ethical food production, sustainable business practice and community engagement.

I absolutely got so much knowledge from this class and it was so much fun. Location was about a five minute walk from Kings Cross Station which was handy for me as I could catch public transport. Was greeted with a lovely herbal tea and a smile when I arrived and everyone was so welcoming. All salad recipes were provided and you could scribble down notes and handy hints also.
Was able to sample the salads and they were all delicious and there was the opportunity to purchase items (books, oils, utensils) after the class also.

We did a pickled cucumber class with Alex and Clare from Cornersmith. The class was fantastic with very knowledgeable teachers and the materials provided were excellent quality. The teachers were extremely professional and fun. We asked the class to be shortened to 45 mins but still felt like we had a lot of time to complete the activity and learn how to pickle.
