Have you always wanted to establish a regular journaling practice but struggle to get past the daunting blank page? Journaling is an invitation into the act of observing and being awake to the world. Keeping a daily diary is not only good for mental wellbeing, it’s a great way to connect with your creativity, look at the world around you through a different lens and develop a creative practice.

In this fun workshop, your instructor will share some simple but effective techniques to start your journaling journey! You'll explore sketching, hand-lettering and doodling to get your creative juices flowing.

If you're looking for mindful ways to unwind, creative journaling can help you tap into your emotions and turn them into therapeutic art! This class makes for great new hobbies, team building activities, productivity tips, and more.
