If you are looking for a more in-depth wine discovery, Firescreek Botanical Winery on the Central Coast offers a personalised and intimate behind the scenes tour with the winemaker.
During this unique experience, you will sample all the current vintages of wine as you are led through this back of house experience. Enjoy each wine in a different location on the property under the vines or amongst the trees from which the fruit was lovingly grown in the award-winning organic garden.
You will also be taken into the “Vat Room” where the wine is all produced and be led through the stunning organic gardens, orchards and vines, with a discussion about winemaking plus handy organic growing tips and tricks.
