What you'll do

In this macrame class, you'll learn how to create a unique keyring wristband or key ring through hands-on learning. No longer will you have to worry about losing your keys at the bottom of your bag or struggle to carry them while walking the dog.

Don't worry if you're a beginner! Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process and alleviate any fears you may have. With a wide range of colours to choose from, you'll be able to create a keyring wristband or key ring that not only serves a practical purpose but also reflects your personal style.

During the workshop, you'll learn various macrame knots and techniques, all while working with high-quality materials. It's a fun and creative experience that will leave you feeling accomplished and proud of your newfound skills.

By the end of the class, you'll have a beautiful and functional piece to take home with you. No more fumbling through your bag for your keys or worrying about misplacing them. Jade Rutledge for this hands-on alcohol ink class for beginners where you'll learn how to decorate one or two planter pots or Christmas decorations using this fun medium!

During this class, admire the intense, vibrant colours of alcohol ink and discover how they merge together to create beautiful and unique patterns. My classes are very small so we need less time than a large class. If you want to book a larger class in a longer time frame please message me.

What you'll learn:
Alcohol ink safety.
How to decorate a pot and deal with a contoured surface.
Our unique technique to give you that out of this world dappled pattern.
How to mix and merge colours.
We will discuss how to seal the pots as well.

Come along for a relaxing hour decorating with alcohol ink for gifts to take home. You're also welcome to bring your own small/medium pot to decorate, or a larger pot in consultation with your teacher.
