What you'll do
Be prepared to add some sparkle into your life with this beginner-friendly crystal geode artwork made using epoxy resin.
In this Sydney workshop, you will learn how to work safely with resin, prepare a workspace, mix correctly, colour with pigments and paint, and pour onto decorative pieces. You will be guided on how to create gorgeous patterns using movement and heat.
Choose from a range of complementary colours and pigments and embellish with a range of real crystals, stunning sparkles, and glitters. By the end of the class, you will have a 30 x 30 cm Crystal-inspired geode artwork ready to pick up after 24 hours (once the resin has cured).
Our teachers are artists and will be on hand to assist you with choosing colours as well as the perfect crystals to match.
This workshop is perfect if you're searching for creative things to do in Sydney or classy hens party ideas.

My name is Jen and I am passionate about encouraging creativity in students of all ages.
Creative Kids Co was founded 11 years ago as a way to encourage and guide children through their own artistic journeys.
I am also the co-creator of IMOK (Art, T-shirts & Design), established in 2004, which opened up the door to commission and exhibit my own artworks, complete illustrations for a series of books, as well as sell my wares at design markets nationwide. I have also held live art demonstrations and was the featured artist with US Surf/Skate Company Volcom.
My current passion is working with resin and urban illustration.
Most recently I have opened Creative Corner Studio in Dulwich Hill, an exciting space hosting all things creative for kids and adults. Reach out and let’s create together.
