Clay is a great tactile craft as it’s a mindful activity that helps you slow down in this hectic world.
Join Glaze and Galleria for a clay hand building workshop while you sip on some champagne - it's fun and enjoyable, whilst also allowing you to focus on creativity.
Your friendly instructor will walk your group through how to use pottery tools and clay to make a cup and bowl, that is food-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe and dishwasher-safe. Once picked up, it will be ready to use at home or in the office.
This is the perfect workshop for hen party ideas, family get-togethers or corporates. So, gather your loved ones and get creative with clay!
Please note:
- We have a capacity for up to 20 people aged over 18 years. Please enquire for more people
- The class will need a minimum of 10 to proceed
- Two kgs of stoneware Clay
- Use of pottery tools; including a Potter's Rib, Ribbon Tool, Needle Tool, Wood Modelling Tools, Sponge, Scraper and Banding wheels
- Firing and glazing of two pieces at Glaze Galleria
- Choice of four different glaze finishes
- One glass of bubbles, cheese and crackers
- Comfortable clothing
