Pasta Making Class with Trivia

Look no further than Alessandro's Italian cooking class in collaboration with JP College! Alessandro is a highly qualified chef with years of experience in creating traditional Italian dishes.

Say goodbye to bland packaged pasta and experience the authentic taste of homemade pasta made from scratch. Alessandro will guide you through the traditional art of pasta-making, sharing his expert tips on how to roll perfect fettuccine every time.

And to make your pasta dish even more delicious, you'll also learn how to cook a traditional Italian sauce using ingredients that can be found in everyone's home. And if you're lucky, you might even get to try out one of Alessandro's secret sauce recipes!

Enjoy your pasta paired with your favourite wine or beverage of choice with our BYO option.

After all the hard work, sit back, relax, and enjoy your mouth-watering creation with your drink. And to add some fun and friendly competition to the class, we've included an optional game of trivia. The winner of the trivia gets a secret gift, so rally your team and put your knowledge to the test!

Classes are limited to 8 people in order to create an intimate environment and allow for focused attention on each attendee.

Alcohol is not sold on-premises.

On the day:
Please arrive punctually. We cannot accommodate or refund those who arrive after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. To be fair and respectful towards all the participants the instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety and/or demonstrations at the beginning of the class.

We can cater to different dietary requirements, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking you must do this at least seven days prior to your class. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in person after this time.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
