What you'll do

Make sure you have the list of ingredients listed ready before the class! The live streaming kids cooking class will take the little ones through all the steps needed to prepare the dough and cook delicious garlic foccacia bread.

Garlic oil
Garlic salt
1 x packet dry yeast
100 ml extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
180 ml warm water
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Additional:

1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Any cheese leftover in the fridge!

Suitable for

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 6 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
