I spent the last 20 year cooking at the highest level, in Australia as a teacher (Williams Sonoma, Vive cooking school) a head chef and consultant for many restaurants including Three blue ducks, Voyager estate and Luke Mangan. I was a Private chef for celebrities in the US and I am now focusing on sustainable and healthy cooking, I am offering delicious, fun and informative classes.

Feel-Good Feasts: Who says healthy food has to be boring? Not me! I'm all about packing my dishes with fresh, wholesome ingredients that'll have you feeling like a million bucks.

Eco-Friendly Flavour: Sustainability is the name of the game! I'm proud to say I've got my own little organic garden where I grow the freshest fruits, mushrooms, veggies, and herbs to give my dishes that extra pop of flavour.
