Come down to the Trolley'd Flight Club, learn about the culture of Kombucha, the microbes, fermentation process and how to start up your own home Kombucha set up.

Students will leave with a bottle of Kombucha that will ferment, carbonate over a few days after the class; and also a scoby/mother (kombucha starter) to get a colony of microbes thriving at home so you can love your gut and feed the microbiomes of you and your friends.

All the equipment will be supplied if you could bring along an empty long neck bottle and jar around 500ml. To transport your new friends home.
