Famously, Sicily has been fertile ground not just for the food growing in it, but for the myriad of cultures who have called the space home. Beginning with influence from Greek flavours, Sicilian food has also integrated flavours from the Roman, Arab, French and Spanish cultures.

Join chef Adam as he prepares and cooks some of his favourite Sicilian street food dishes. He guide you step-by-step through the cooking process and make you feel comfortable in the kitchen.

Small Axe workshops are interactive demonstrations in our fully equipped commercial kitchen in Brunswick. Our workshops are informal and fun with small group sizes between 8-12 people.

Enjoy a glass of wine while you eat arancini, panelle di ceci, crocchette di patate and Cannoli alla Siciliana. You will then leave with your own copy of recipes for all the dishes prepared as well as the confidence to prepare these dishes at home.
