Through this 2 hour workshop, participants will experience flavors, aromas, and textures of five different types of premium natural farming teas (Green, Black, Oolong, and Pu-erh) paired with five delicious floral, nutty, citrusy and earthy gluten-free chocolates made specifically for the pairing experience. A true sensory indulgence.
This workshop will demonstrate how these two ancient and nutritious products complement, enhance and contrast each other.
Each participant will brew their own teas and pair them with chocolate, under the expert guidance of Liliana Algorry - Certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender.
