What you'll do
This Sydney workshop will see you working with clay to sculpt your own Sampuru or lunchbox inspired by your culture and the foods that evoke memories. Be inspired by the textures, shapes, colours, and designs of a lunchbox (real or imaginary) that could have been packed by yourself, your parent, or friend, and create a life-size food clay sculpture.
This is a beginner-friendly sculpture workshop---your teacher Jayanto Tan will be there to guide and support you.
Explore the materiality of clay and have fun experimenting in this workshop for all ages and levels of experience.

This class is suitable for all levels. Families are welcome, though children must be at least 6 years old to participate.
