In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn the art of dough rolling and how to use your hands to shape and stuff different kinds of ravioli like tortelloni, cappelletti, agnolotti etc. Discover how to make the perfect ravioli every time without over-stuffing.
The filling of the ravioli is as important as the pasta. Under Marina's guide we will make two different fillings and then we will cook our ravioli in broth and butter sauce.
When we finished we will sit down to enjoy our lunch with paired Italian wines.
