Pottery is great for your wellbeing
Pottery is one of the most therapeutic crafts out there as it draws on a mix of mental, emotional and kinaesthetic brain functions. Not only can it improve your focus, concentration and give you a sense of creative accomplishment, it also has an incredible meditative element to it. You'll likely leave these Brisbane workshops feeling both fulfilled and relaxed! So, what are you waiting for? Give the potter's wheel a spin and prepare to feel your worries melt away!
