We had plenty of time to build the terrarium and Renee was wonderful, told us how they chose the plants, how to mix the soil, so that if we were to build terrariums on our own we'd be able to do so too. The falafels were delicious, the dessert Julie provided was delicious, it really was a great morning cooking and learning about lebanese food. I'd highly recommend everyone to do this class. + more
