Searching for fun April school holiday activities in Sydney? Join us for some ceramic painting fun!

Kids will learn how to decorate and paint one of six ceramic pieces using different ceramic painting techniques. After the class, the painted pieces will be left at the studio to be glazed and fired in a kiln.

This process will make your ceramics functional, useable and food safe. The fired ceramics will be ready for collection at the Pinta Crafts studio two weeks after.

Each day we will be painting a different object (as seen in the gallery above). Please select your date based on the below painting schedule.

Wednesday 15th April
Watermelon bowl: choose from four different styles of bowls.

Thursday 16th April
Picture frame: choose from different styles of picture frames.

Friday 17th April
Monster plate: Choose which style of dinner plate you'd like to paint.

Wednesday 22nd April

Thursday 23rd April

Hi! I’m Ria Amoranto. An Architect by profession, I am also wife and Mum to an active son who keeps me on my toes 24/7. I’ve worked in Architecture practices in the Philippines and Sydney and also have more than 15 years experience in the Paint Your Own Pottery industry. I have always loved arts & crafts and enjoy organising parties & events. With my penchant for anything fun and colourful, I found myself unable to keep away from tinkering and dabbling with paints and colours. I started Pinta Crafts in 2015 as a mobile business where I brought the activity to my clients venues. I opened the Pinta Crafts studio at St. Leonards, NSW in 2019. It is a creative space where you can come with your friends and family to relax and paint at your own leisure.
