Thank you Chef Luciana for teaching us to make cannoli, arancini balls and gnocchi. It was so much fun and the class was easy to follow. The group is big size, but there's plenty of space to ask questions. I love making the gnocchi (eating more though!). I highly recommend this class. I also highly recommend this class. It's as good as the Rustic Italian Pt 1.

My third cooking class with Keita (Japanese Chef Byron Bay). I really enjoyed myself and making Okonomiyaki was easier then I thought. I had so much fun and I would love to do more cooking classes with Keita. I highly recommend this class. Keita is so organised and prepared everything a bit easier for us. I love love all the food we cooked. There were 5 other people and I thought it was a good size. Thank you Keita for your fun, informative and fun cooking classes, as always!

Absolutely AMAZING and 'very beginner' class. Love the colours of these cupcakes. Another fun class. Highly recommend! It looks 'hard', but Janeen's (The Accidental Caker) amazing teachings will guide you through it. You won't regret taking up on this class. Book Janeen now!

Janeen (The Accidental Caker) - you are so phenomenal. Thank you for sharing your tips with me for this class. I feel so proud of how far I've come in my baking journey - thanks to you. You have given me not only hope, but skills to increase my confidence in baking. I look back and seen how far I've come (for those don't know, I have done ten classes with Janeen now) and thanks to your expertise and patience with me. You've encouraged me and I know and feel comfortable with asking questions (there's no 'silly' questions). My loved ones enjoyed the layer cake and cupcakes so much. Thank you again for praising and giving me confidence (again!) in my baking. I highly recommend this class and you WILL get your money's worth.

Janeen (The Accidental Caker) - you did it again! Thank you for facilitating my NINTH baking class with you this morning. I love your humour that you bring to the classes. And there's no doubt that you bring your best game to each class - so organised and so fun. Your passion for teaching us, and there's never a moment it feels there's a 'dumb question'). Although I have done a lot of classes with you, I'm always learning something new. I honestly did struggle with some of the piping techniques today, but they say practice makes perfect right I donated my baked goodies from today to ER staff and they were so happy. I guess I get to not add any more to my waist too - lol. Can't wait to see you again soon, Janeen!

Thank YOU Michelle for a fun, "easy" and informative class on how to make this chocolate smash heart tonight. It was incredibly easy (I thought it was going to be difficult by the looks of it) but Michelle was able to break down the steps for it to makes sense. Michelle was easy to communicate with prior to this online/virtual class and she made sure my goodies got sent to me in good and timely condition. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn in a friendly environment too. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU, Michelle.

I LOVE macarons and was afraid to venture out to learn how to bake it myself. So when I was searching for more exciting Class Bento classes, a NEW macaron class (OMG - Christmas themed too) came up, I did not hesitate to book my very first macaron baking class with Sandra from @in_my_glutenfree_kitchen through NDIS- And wow, I had so much fun. Sandra provided us with a tidy and clean kitchen area to work on. It was so organised, she even printed detailed macaron recipes for us. We made peppermint and gingerbread flavoured macarons. To be honest, these two flavours are my least favourite out of all my favourite flavours. And oh boy, that has changed since baking macarons today. I love it! The flavours were very subtle. Sandra’s instructions were easy to follow and she’s always asking us if we have any questions. I feel a bit more confident with making macarons now, thanks to Sandra’s easy-to-follow instructions. At the end, we drizzled all the macarons with white chocolate and different kind of sprinkles. What an amazing day it was!

This weekend was my THIRD baking class (as well as doing a 6-week baking course) with Janeen from The Accidental Caker - booked through Class Bento. I used to find the idea of baking was very hard and stressful because baking is like a science and I am terrible at all sciences! But since attending Janeen’s baking classes; it has helped with my confidence in baking and I love baking now. I even brought in 24 mini cupcakes to share with my work colleagues and it was a hit! I love to share my food. This weekend with Janeen, I learnt how to bake strawberry and cream sponge cake as well as a chocolate swiss roll. As always, Janeen’s classes are fun-filled, informative and the place is very clean. I learnt how to use a cake leveller for the first time and there were all easy-to-follow recipes. Thank you thank you Janeen for providing amazing and informative baking classes for super beginners like me.

Today was my second time to do a Japanese cooking class with Keita from Byron Bay, also booked through Class Bento. As always, it was a fun and jam-packed 3-hour cooking session at Holland Park in Brisbane. We made Ramen and Gyoza from scratch.

I chose the vegetarian option today so and so made a vegetarian ramen as well as Vegan gyoza. It was also my second time to make ramen and gyoza from scratch. Since it was my second time making it, I was a little bit more relaxed. And I found Keita’s technique easier to do than the previous teacher for the gyoza wrapping.

I love how organised Keita was with the cooking classes (as always) and even supplied our containers for the Ramen. Keita is always really generous with showing his techniques and his easy-to-follow instructions are always great. You can see how passionate Keita is and always with his cooking classes. I cannot wait for the next class with Keita - a Japanese Bento cooking class in a few month’s time. YUM.

Today was my second time to do a baking class with Janeen from The Accidental Caker. Another Class Bento workshop! We learnt how to make cupcakes in FOUR different ways and techniques. We made butterfly cupcakes, as well as different chocolate ones. As always, Janeen was professional and you can see how passionate she is with her baking and she kindly shares all her ‘secrets’. There were three other ladies that you joined me for this class. And today was the first day of a six week baking class with Janeen. I can’t wait to do more baking classes with Janeen. Thank you Class Bento for organising again! The cupcakes were delicious, and it was a big seller.

I really struggled with this class. It forced me to tap into my patience, calmness and stillness. Kathyrn was organised, friendly and helped me relax a bit more. I ordered the Matcha gift set and in love with it. When booking for the class, Kathyrn was fast to reply. It was easy to communicate with her. I don't have much "final" shots of my Wagashi cause they look like sh*** haha! But I won't give up in perfecting the art of making Wagashi. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and loved receiving goodies in the mail. Kathyrn is very patient and I liked how I had a private class with her. I recommend this class.

A few nights ago was my SECOND time to do Resin Painting class with Liz Saul (from Paint ’n’ Pour art studio). Liz is always friendly, organised and showed us many techniques to paint with resin. The first class I did with Liz, I did a CHEESEBOARD that looked like a mermaid tail and it was so much fun. The second time, I made a CLOCK which was also so so much fun. I highly recommend this class - if you want to tap into your creativity sides, this class is for you. There are so many ways to paint with resin and most importantly, it’s best to have fun! Thank you Liz and Class Bento for these classes - I just love them.

Wow. Today was my 15th @classbento class I booked through NDIS. I am ever so grateful and blessed to have these opportunities to learn more about cooking and baking.

Today I made Croquembouche - also know as a cream puff tower with @vanillazulucookingschool ~ Also made creme brûlée - which was so so simple surprisingly! There were so many steps in making the Croquembouche but I got there in the end!

We made the pastry and even the custard from scratch! The most fun part was doing the spun sugar for the croquembouche. I drove straight to my mum’s place to give her and my siblings a taste of my creations and they really enjoyed it.

If you are looking for a fast-paced, but enjoyable baking class; don’t hesitate to book a class in with Vanilla Zulu School. I highly recommend this class for those who has a sweet tooth too! You can impress your friends and family on how to make these beautiful desserts.

Video Description: A series of videos stitched together about baking croquembuoche and creme brulee.

Thank you thank you thank you. I didn't end up going to this class but I would still like to give a 5 star review for Lynn/Gill for following up with me about my NDIS and physical needs I have before the class even started. Not all of the Class Bento teachers checks up on me and ask about my accessibility needs beforehand. Thank you to Lynn/Gill for checking up on us NDIS people before the class starts. I personally really appreciate it.

Thank you Fi from Wholesome Bellies for facilitating today’s Vegan gnocchi class. We made three different types of gnocchi plus a delectable Vegan Almond Chocolate Tart. Fi was knowledgable and friendly. The cooking space was tidy and it was a small class which I liked. I am NOT vegan, but I enjoy vegan food very much. I also highly recommend this class: I can’t wait to try making vegan gnocchi by myself.

Love love this class. I went alone (as per normal). It was well organised and the teachers were super friendly. At this very moment, I am trying to make this recipe in the air-fryer (smells so good!) and can't wait to make this for my family and friends.

Thank you Class Bento for a SENSATIONAL doughnut baking class today. Janeen from The Accidental Caker facilitated the baking class and I had so much fun. Janeen was attentive, friendly and very welcoming. It was so well organised and timely. The workspace was very tidy and hygienic. I love love love making the decorative fondants from scratch - my favourite part. And also decorating the other parts too! It was my first time making doughnuts. I love how the doughnuts were BAKED, not FRIED too - so it’s healthier. My loved ones enjoyed the doughnuts and it wasn’t too sweet too! I highly recommend this class.

Wow wow wow! I have been wanting to try and play with resin for a long time. And OMG, what a fun and informative art class. Liz was very organised, attentive and explained the steps clearly and easily (I was so nervous at first!) on how to pour with resin and I think I did ok! She helped me relax and I would love to come back and do something else either then a cheeseboard. Maybe a clock! I highly recommend this class, you won't regret it cause it's worth the money.

Very well organised. Chef Tong was a cracker! So funny. Thank you Vanilla Zulu for providing such a fantastic class. I love how well-paced it was and how we didn't need to clean up after ourselves (they have staff who do that). I can't wait to do another class with Vanilla Zulu. Best part was to bring it home with leftovers! YUM
