Join the company dedicated to discovering the culture, background, processes and brewing methods behind quality tea. Process tea and learn about the origins of tea plantations in India and brewing methods for the perfect, traditional pot of Chai.

Develop your palate and sensory skills, with tea enthusiast Andy Liu, winner of the 2nd World Tea Brewing Championship. Round out your journey with the opportunity to create your very own tea blend.

Our teacher at Roastville, Andy Liu, was a recent NSW Barista Champion, placing first in a highly competitive process. He also won the World tea brewing championship in 2017.

Andy has taught students at all levels in the art of coffee and tea making, from absolute beginners, to other Barista Champions.

We can't wait to welcome you at one of our future classes.

The teacher was super knowledgeable but often too quiet and I'd recommend asking lots of questions to get him talking a bit more. It'd be nice if there was somewhere to put bags, and a bit more general organisation.
