De-mystify preparing and cooking fish in this Canberra cooking class, which is perfect for beginners! We will discover how to skin and pin bonefish and how to turn trimmings into a delicious snack or cocktail item.

Together we will:
- Skin and pin bone a fillet of fish
- Learn how to make fish cakes with a delicious dipping sauce
- Season and cook delicious Asian steamed fish fillet with ginger and shallots
- Discover how long it takes to bake salmon fillet and serve with a fennel and radish salad
- Create ceviche with citrus in smoked salmon basket

At the end of the class, you will sit down and enjoy a delicious meal with a glass of wine and go home with a confident knowledge of how to cook fish.
