Learn how to make traditional fresh pasta from scratch at this fun cooking class in Sydney!

During this hands-on class, your teacher will take you on an amazing journey through the secrets of traditional Italian pasta making, using the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques and the best tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch.

With the guidance of our experienced instructor, you will learn the secrets of pasta flour mixes, enjoy creating your pasta dough and try to stretch the finest pasta sheets to produce different types of pasta. From filled puffy ravioli to small and yummy cappelletti, long linguine, twisted strozzapreti, you will see and produce a wide selection of the different shapes and sizes of traditional fresh pasta.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy a meal that includes your own creations: mixed organic salad and two types of pasta, along with a complimentary glass of organic wine.
