Chocolate making for beginners
Everything about chocolate is indulgent and delicious. The professional chocolatiers masterfully temper, pour and sculpt their chocolate into delicate truffles and bars for store shop windows. The best part is you don't have to be a pro to join chocolate making courses in Sydney. You can start making smooth, sweet, rich chocolate under the guidance of the experts, in just a few hours. No wonder taking chocolate making classes are one of the most popular things to do in Sydney!
Chocolate has been around for thousands of years, and during that time, we’ve made it into an art form. Chocolate can be enjoyed as a tasty beverage, the ganache of a rich cake, and in bite-sized truffles. In Mexico, they even use the cacao flavour in some of their savoury dishes. No matter where in the world you find chocolate, there’s also a long tradition of passing down tricks and techniques to create the perfect consistency and flavour. To learn all about the versatility of chocolate, why not try some of the best chocolate classes in Sydney. The best part? You don't need any experience with this delicious craft, as you will be introduced to the world of chocolate making by some of the top experts in and around Sydney! You'll find the best chocolate in Sydney and spoiler alert: it will be handmade by you!
What to expect at Sydney chocolate classes
Chocolate making classes are popular, which is why you can find a variety of chocolate cooking classes at different times and locations throughout the week. Some classes will teach you how to make truffles while others will focus on how to make a ganache. If there’s a holiday coming up, you’ll also find a seasonal chocolate workshop so that you never have to show up to family gatherings empty-handed. No matter what kind of chocolate is your favourite, there’s a chocolate making course that you’re going to love.
Learning how to make chocolate is something everyone can enjoy. For a bride-to-be with a sweet tooth, a chocolate workshop is great for hens party ideas or bridal shower activities. They’re also great for birthdays and anniversaries. In fact, they might even be some of the best romantic things to do in Sydney, because who doesn't love chocolate? And if you’ve been looking for fun things to do in Sydney with kids, a chocolate workshop is the perfect family class. Kids can have fun getting messy and seeing one of their favourite treats come to life.
No matter what chocolate classes in Sydney you sign up for, you’ll learn everything you need to know about making chocolate. Your spirited chocolate instructor will tell you all the industry secrets and walk you through the process step-by-step. You'll go from chocolate admirer to chocolatier in no time! And of course, it wouldn't be a real chocolate lover's experience if there wasn't a chance to try out some different chocolate treats along the way!
Chocolate making is great for your wellbeing
Many of us are under the impression that chocolate is unhealthy, and that can be true. Most store-bought chocolate bars are full of sugar and other processed ingredients. In a chocolate making course, however, you’ll learn how to pick out the healthiest natural ingredients for your chocolate treats. Plus, the meditative and satisfying process of making chocolate is great for your mental wellness and an instant mood booster too. We guarantee at these workshops you'll find the best chocolate in Sydney, as well as gain the skills to continue making your own at home too.
Custom classes
Want to learn or experience something specific? You can easily contact our teachers and arrange a custom workshop at your preferred time and to suit your skill level.
If you’re looking for a unique and memorable event these workshops are perfect things to do with friends on the weekend, for aged care groups, team building exercises, indoor things to do, and kids weekend activities. We've got a range of teachers who cater specifically to larger events, and we can customise classes to meet your needs. Get in touch today and we'll put something together for you.
