You'll be working with professional Chef Kym Chambers who'll make sure beginner bakers are well equipped to make tasty treats. Kym has lived and worked in France, Korea, Japan, and Indonesia. Over the past decade, she has immersed herself in diverse culinary cultures. Her well-structured classes are both educational and fun.
Master the delicate choux pastry, creamy crème pâtissier and indulgent icing of the éclair. Then, immerse yourself in the art of crafting the perfect pastry base, layering it with frangipane, tangy apple compote, and an exquisite apple garniture for the Tarte aux Pommes.
Unlock the magic of French pastry making in this unforgettable culinary experience.

After preparing your dish and learning some new recipes, we all sit down to share the food in a massive feast!
Our three-hour cooking classes in Perth have you cooking for two hours in our open-plan kitchen and we keep our groups small so you get plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and of course meet new people!
