Fan of sushi? Learn how to make your own with renowned chef Yoshiko Takeuchi, who has 20 years experience teaching, is the author of two Japanese health-food cookbooks and has worked in some of Sydney’s top kitchens.
Using top quality Japanese ingredients, you will follow traditional methods replicable at home, including essential Japanese seasonings, cooking techniques and a variety of yummy recipes.

- Inside out roll
- Nigiri
You'll also learn to make tasty fillings like tempura, and treat yourself to a sushi lunch with miso soup and matcha green tea. Life doesn't get much better than this!
Also, all of Yoshiko's classes (except the "Japanese Cooking Class (Advanced)") are suitable for vegans.
